The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the anticipatory bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29789 of 2020. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that subsequently, co-accused Santosh Yadav @ Sipahi @ Rajendra Kumar has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 01.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3041 of 2020 and the case of petitioner is on better footing.

Considering the fact that after considering all the

No.50188 of 2021(4) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 aspects of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.03.2021 and no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of the prayer for bail, therefore, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
