ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is renew his prayer for regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 37 of 2005. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 18.12.2014, after considering the overwhelming evidence against the petitioner which had come in the case diary. The trial has just started and is also likely to take some time and in view of the fact that the petitioner is husband, who had surrendered in the court below in the year 2013 with regard to an offence of the year 2004, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.

The trial court, however, is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32665 of 2016 (3) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 trial on day to day basis by giving any undue adjournments so that the same is concluded positively within a period of one year from today.
