Learned Additional P.P. has referred letter No. 123 dated 28.3.2017 of S.P., Bhojpur, Ara wherefrom it is evident that Inspector Baidyanath Chaudhary had already been examined. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that now, all the witnesses have already been examined.

Accordingly, the learned court below is directed to proceed with the trial in similar fashion i.e. on day to day basis and will endeavour to conclude the trial by 30th April, 2017 and will intimate the court after delivery of the judgment. With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
