Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 24.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59690 of 2017 along with Cr. Misc. No.59690 of 2017 and secondly vide order dated 7.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45162 of 2018.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that three witnesses have been examined and they have not named this petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also. It appears that the informant has still not been examined.

As such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail since it is submitted that for the last one year, no

The learned trial court is directed to take steps for examination of the witnesses.

At the same time, S.P., Munger is directed to produce the witnesses in the court below on the date fixed. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
