2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 127 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111(2), 303(2), 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per the allegation, on a secret information, the houses of Ratan Kumar Sah and Amit Sah @ Chela were raided. Several motorcycles were recovered from their respective houses, which were claimed to be stolen one. It has been alleged that upon the information given by co-accused Ratan Kumar, police arrested the petitioner and it has been alleged that

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Except for the inculpatory confessional statement of the petitioner and confessional statement of co-accused before police while in police custody, there are no material against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.03.2026
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Heard the parties and perused the records.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
