The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature as opined by the doctor. There is case and counter case between the parties.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 294 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
