Vide order dated 22.11.2004, this Court had directed that the present writ application be listed after disposal of Civil Appeal No. 3296/2003, pending in the Supreme Court. As per the office note dated 12.09.2017, it has been pointed out that the said Civil Appeal No. 3296/2003 has been disposed of vide order dated 12.11.2009.
The present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 12.11.2009 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3296/2003.
