The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 3256 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the background of dispute with regard to cutting ridge of the field for flowing water, the informant was assaulted by the petitioner causing fracture injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report of the informant is not on record and for the occurrence of 19.08.2014, the FIR has been lodged on 11.09.2014.
