The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 120B, 333, 353, 427, 435, 283 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Gaya. While accepting the bail bond of the petitioner the Court

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
