The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the field of co-accused Robin Yadav. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50174 of 2021(4) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise), Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S.
