SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner P.D.S. dealer is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 7 of the E.C. Act. He is said to have misappropriated wheat, rice and kerosene oil given to him for distribution to the members of the weaker sections of the society. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest. He should surrender in the court of S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 169/14 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
