Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Mufassil P. S. case no. 46/2014 registered under sections 272, 273, 406, 419, 420,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 20/22 of the NDPS Act, 47(A) of the Excise Act and 11 of the Gambling Act. Taking into consideration that having similar allegation one co-accused Hamid Mian has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Mufassil P. S. case no. 46/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section
