Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Rajoun PS Case No.75 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that on account of land dispute Chandan Kumar assaulted the son of the informant with farsa and Pappu and Jaihind assaulted Mithun Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between both sides and the specific allegation of assault on the son of the informant is against Chandan Kumar, there is no specific allegation against these two petitioners that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13681 of 2018(3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 how they assaulted, moreover one injury was found on the head, which is grievous and that is attributed to Chandan Kumar. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Pappu Mandal and Jay Hind Mandal @ Jay Hindra Mandal are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Rajoun PS Case No.75 of 2017.
