Petitioner seeks bail in Deo P.S. Case No.78 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 448, 452, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354 and 504 of the IPC.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the minor daughter of the informant with khanti and her four upper teeth were uprooted. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.03.2020 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. About nine months have already elapsed. The petitioner is in jail since 11.08.2019 and the petitioner has remained in jail for about one year and five months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38225 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.78 of 2018.
