2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 326, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. It is a case of 'dowry death'.
4. Petitioner is co-villager of the husband of the deceased and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. Thrust of the allegation is against husband and his family members. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. No specific role has been attributed to him and he claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur / concerned court in connection with Mushahri P.S.
