The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 08 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has filed a case for restitution of conjugal life before the family Court and it was only after notices were issued in the case that the present complaint has been filed by the opposite party. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is always willing to keep the complaint as wife with full dignity and honour.
Considering the aforesaid submission, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50001 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 08 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
