Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 302 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code against unknown. They have been implicated in this case as petitioner no. 3 Vijay Rai is said to be the brother-in-law of Bajrangi Rai and other petitioners are friends of Vijay Rai. It is said that Bajrangi Rai had at one stage live-in-relationship with the deceased. During investigation petitioners have not been found to have any connection with the deceased.

No.13484 of 2015 (3) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 In the circumstances, petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 130/2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
