Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as stage of the trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 394/2014 arising out of Nawanagar P.S. case no. 121/2014 is, again, rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within the period as fixed by the learned trial court itself.
