Petitioner seeks bail in Harlakhi P.S. Case No.220 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2018 having clean antecedents. It is alleged that 162.09 litres Nepali liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the period of custody as well as clean antecedents of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with

No.36890 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise, Madhubani, in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
