19.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4. It appears that the payment of retiral benefits to the petitioner have been paid except for the arrear of pension on account of revision which has not been fully paid as funds are being released in installments at the rate of 15%, 40% and 45%. It has been stated that the State Government has released the first two installments and the third installment has not yet been released. It is further the stand that the same shall be paid to the petitioner in terms of grant given for such payment.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains in the present writ application. Accordingly, the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.12404 of 2011 (4) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 stands disposed off. The University shall ensure that the remaining payment to the petitioner is made without delay upon receipt of the fund from the State Government. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar U
