Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 (2) of the Lottery Registration Act as well as sections 11, 13 of Gambling Act. One Vishal Kumar was caught by the police and the aforesaid Vishal Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner saying that it was the petitioner who installed software in his mobile and used to deposit amount in the account of person concerned. The aforesaid Vishal Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail. So far as recovery is concerned, Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Gaya has committed error on record while mentioning that seized articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
