Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 467 and other Sections of the I.P.C.

The complainant alleged that he was the Bataidar of plot No. 526, area 02 Kthas 10 dhoors, the owner of which was Asha Devi.

It is alleged that the petitioner who is the husband of Asha Devi, fraudulently sold the land to Rameshwar Mahto. The complainant also filed title suit.

It appears that the complainant is not the land owner but he is the Bataidar of land as he was cultivating the same. The wife of the petitioner was the land owner and she executed the sale

On the other hand, learned Additional P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Madhepur P.S.
