While the petitioner claims a direction to the respondent authorities in Bhojpur Collectorate for his appointment on Class IV post, inter alia, on grounds that he is working as a Daily Wager Umidwar Peon in the Collectorate since 1996, Mr. Mritunjay Kumar, learned AC to GP-12, in reference to the counter affidavit as well as advisory issued by the General Administration Department at Annexure 3 has submitted that after 12.12.2012 the qualification for holding a Class IV post was enhanced from Class VIII to Matriculate and since undisputedly the petitioner holds a qualification of VIII pass at the time of his empanelment on 10.10.2013 he lacks in educational qualification for such direction and would continue to be lacking in the same till he chooses to enhance the same.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2154 of 2016 (2) dt.06-11-2017 No cause for indulgence is made out to the prayer made by the petitioner in the nature of the objections raised. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) Surendra/- U
