JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.130 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no overt act has been alleged against the petitioners, while the other three persons have been specifically named to cause injury.
