JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-06-2025 Heard Mr. Karandeep Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwary, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kesariya PS Case No. 293 of 2023, FIR dated 13.06.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the petitioner moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 74982 of 2023, but the same was rejected vide order dated 04.12.2023.

4. The petitioner has again approached this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail after his earlier anticipatory bail application was rejected vide order dated 04.12.2023. However, once the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail

5. Hence, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed accordingly.
