JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 07-09-2015 Learned counsel for the appellant points out before us that the questions raised in the present appeal are covered by the decision of this Court dated 30.6.2015 passed in M.A.No. 44 of 2009 and five analogous cases wherein this Court observed that no substantial question of law arose in the said matters and there was no reason to interfere with the order of the Tribunal and, accordingly, those appeals were dismissed.

For the same reasons, the present appeal is also dismissed.
