Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Six litres of illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-06-2016 and, prior to institution of the present case, she had not been made accused in the cases of Excise Act.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016 to the
