Petitioner is in custody in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2020 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that on account of land dispute, there is case and counter case. He submits that there is no specific overt act alleged against the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.4.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for about one year and there is no specific overt act
