Petitioner has filed this application for grant of bail in connection with Jamui (Town) P.S. Case No.60 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation as per the F.I.R. is that the petitioner as also one Awadhesh Kumar were arrested by the police and on search a loaded country made 'katta' each as also live cartridges were recovered from both persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner stands on a similar footing as of co-accused Awadhesh Kumar who was enlarged on bail in Cr.Misc.No.35130 of 2019 vide order dated 28.05.2019 by this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38042 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that co- accused Awadhesh Kumar has been granted bail and that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2019 the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M.,Jamui, in Jamui (Town) P.S. Case No.60 of 2019.
