2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhaka P.S Case No. 98 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with several others have assaulted the informant and his family members by means of lathi, danda and iron rod etc.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that allegation upon

But the injury inflicted upon the wife of informant is simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt object. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 22.03.2025.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that allegation upon the petitioner to hit the wife of the informant by iron rod on her head. But the injury inflicted upon the wife of informant is simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt object.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikrahna at Dhaka, Motihar, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S Case No. 98 of 2025.
