JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44896 of 2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is in custody since long and there is no substantial progress in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P and from perusal of the report it appears that the case is pending for evidence and learned trial court has assured that the trial will be concluded within a period of nine months.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it as soon as possible.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
