2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 382 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner and others have been caught planning to commit dacoiti and a bike and a loaded pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the bail of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner is accused in 14 more cases.

6. In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and also keeping in view the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The District Judge, Patna is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner in all the cases which are registered against the petitioner by transferring them into one Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
