1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For issuance of a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 13.12.2023, passed in Complaint No. 999940205092300751/1A, by the Respondent No. 3, i.e. the learned Divisional Commissioner cum 1st Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur, dismissing the appeal and confirming

Patna High Court CWJC No.10507 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 the order dated 11.10.2023, passed in complaint no. 999940205092300751, by the Respondent No. 5, i.e. the learned District Public Redressal Grievances Officer, Bhagalpur, by which he has most arbitrarily and quite erroneously rejected the complaint filed by the petitioner and has not permitted the petitioner to run "Mess" in O.B.C., Graduate Female Hostel, which was forcibly closed by the respondent no. 9, i.e. the Superintendent, Graduate Female Hostel, Bhagalpur.

II. For issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to run "Mess" in OBC Female Hostel of T.M. University, Bhagalpur, which has been forcibly closed without providing any opportunity of hearing and without issuing show cause notice."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities. Liberty so sought is granted.
