This is an application seeking extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioners vide order dated 19/12/2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15711 of 2013, in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 2 of 2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, which at once been extended earlier vide order dated 17/01/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1616 of 2014, but the petitioners failed to avail the same within stipulated period. There appears no reason for making any further extension at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners is hereby refused. Simultaneously, the court below is directed to take all coercive steps against the petitioners, abovenamed, in accordance with law securing their attendance/appearance at the earliest.
