The Petitioners seek bail in Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased. As per written report, the sister of the informant died in her Sasural on account of burn injury due to physical and mental torture committed by the accused persons. The case diary has been received. The independent witnesses in paragraphs 24, 25, 26 of the case diary have stated that altercation took place between the husband and wife.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016, G.R. No. 3358 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
