The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 43914 of 2014, filed in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2002, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, which stood dismissed for non compliance of peremptory order dated 14.11.2014.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that certified copy of the FIR has already been filed.

On the grounds mentioned in this restoration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12589 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 application, Cr. Misc. No. 43914 of 2014 is restored to its original file.

The restoration application stands disposed of accordingly.
