This application is for grant of bail in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.402 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only allegation against the petitioner is that one country-made Pistol and three cartridges were covered from the possessions of the petitioner and one another co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that there is recovery of one Pistol and three cartridges from the possession of this petitioner and one another

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7790 of 2017 (3) dt.01-03-2017 co-accused and apart from that, the petitioner is accused in one another case also.

Considering all aspects of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself, after completion of the period of six months in custody.
