Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/354/307/ 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated accused persons has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41432 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court in vide order dated 30.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35094 of 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 30.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35094 of 202, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad, in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
