2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307 and 302 of the IPC, 1860, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
