The petitioner seeks bail in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 35.640 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36966 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
