JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 By way of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 27.03.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in Sangrampur P. S. Case No. 98 of 2010/ G. R. No. 2298 of 2010 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
