Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil Khagaria Police Station Case No.274 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned Fast Track Court-I, Khagaria. The petitioner is main assailant.

The report of the learned trial judge reveals that trial is likely to be concluded within four months,if the accused co-operates.

Considering the report of the learned trial judge, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail for the present. Hence, prayer is refused.
