Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Petitioner was apprehended from inside the train while the petitioner was sitting on a cartoon which was containing foreign liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.07.2020. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
