Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 27.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2389 of 2016. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 74 of 2016 arising out of Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-II,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50881 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 Sitamarhi stands rejected.
