The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kharik P.S.Case No. 57 of 2016 registered under Sections 324, 326 and 302 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Allegation in brief is that informant's husband was killed due to explosion caused by throwing a bottle by one Pintu Kumar, son of Sobha Devi.

Submission is that informant's husband was killed as bottle filled with explosive was thrown by 08 years old boy Pintu Kumar, son of Sobha Devi.
