JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that there is vague allegation of assault and loot against thirteen named persons including these two petitioners and thirty to forty unknown persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners appears to be right in his submission that the allegations, levelled against these petitioners, are not specific.

No.51402 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 In view of the submission as above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/concerned Court, in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
