====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. case No. 30 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was done to death by the petitioner and another coaccused person for the non-fulfilment of dowry demands, and thereafter her dead body was disposed of.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that petitioner is

It has further been submitted that the petitioner used to reside separately from the deceased and has got no concern with the day to day affairs. It has further been submitted that co-accused Devendra Paswan @ Devendra Hajara and Deepak Paswan @ Deepak Kumar has been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59804 of 2025. It has further been submitted that the husband of the deceased namely Ranjeet Paswan is in judicial custody as mentioned in paragraph no. 14 of the bail petition. It has further been submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard the parties and perused the record.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran, in connection with
