In this case, the petitioner is claiming the part compliance of order dated 14th August 2008 passed in CWJC No. 10703 of 2005 whereby and whereunder the petitioner was given the benefit of reinstatement including the past salary but on perusal of the order it appears that the Court has not granted the benefit of salary of past service and back wages, merely the order is of reinstatement. There is no dispute in the present case, the petitioner has been reinstated as per the order of this Court. In such view of the matter, there is no need to
