JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute, in between the parties, has amicably been settled and both parties are living together, as husband and wife. Learned counsel for the informant/opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 3rd, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 3
