JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 467/468/469/471/472/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR was lodged by the Circle Officer, Bisfi alleging therein that several persons applied for loan on the basis of forged land possession certificate. The petitioner was not named in the FIR though his name subsequently sprang up on the statement of the person, who assisted the prospective loanees, who applied for loan on the basis of forged land possession certificate. Similarly situated co-accused namely Sadhu Sharan Mandal @ Sadhu Mandal has been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.11242 of 2014. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.25812 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Patona) P.S. Case No.27 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
